Temporary Accounts Administrator. Liverpool City Centre. £21,000 35 hours/week. 12 months This new post offers an exciting opportunity to provide varied accounting and administrative support across a sizeable Finance Department. You will join on a temporary basis for 12 months with possible extension and opportunity to secure a permanent role. The Role: Providing all round Accounting assistance to teams within the Finance Department you will also provide some secretarial support when needed. Account reconciliations Raise purchase orders Provide support in respect of VAT queries Filing & records maintenance Liaising with department heads and stakeholders Experience/Skills required: Experience working in a Finance Team is essential Experience of Account Reconciliations, raising purchase order numbers, general finance admin AAT Qualified or studying AAT would be desirable but not essential Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Ability to work as part of both small and large teams Excellent communication skills Benefits: Quick start 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Excellent working environment Employer of Choice
