Our Leicester based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Contract Temporary- Month by Month

Location:
Leicester- LE19 Hours: 9am - 5pm Days : 3-4 per week (2 days must be Monday & Friday) Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour Applicants will be required to maintain accurate financial records and subsidiary company income and expenditure and ensure correct financial processes and procedures are followed Manage all sales ledger transactions producing invoices and statements Produce monthly debtor's reports Deal with customer accounts queries Responsible for daily banking and posting of receipts and payments to the ledgers Send payments by bacs when required Manage the processing and payment of staff expenses Ensure all legal updates and tax implications are incorporated Support and co-ordinate all audit Assist in the development of financial policies, processes and working instructions Assist on all VAT queries and work with HMRC Assist in the production of monthly Management Accounts Skills & Experience Required Must have AAT or substantial equivalent experience Experience of Sage Accounting system or similar Managing sales and purchase ledgers Producing management accounts High level IT (Excel) High degree of accuracy Attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Access to regular transport If you have the skills for this role please apply online Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
