Payroll Senior Plymouth - Ivybridge £22- £26K Full Time Our client is looking for a Payroll Senior, to support their growing employee payroll and ensure they are paid correctly. In this position you will be the senior payroll co-ordinator in the team, and responsible for team delegation and training. You will need to be able to work under pressure and be ready to step up and supervise a small team. The client offers a friendly team to work in and the opportunity to build your CV by handling a large weekly payroll. The position includes: Maintenance and checking of daily time and attendance system Maintenance of employee records on the Payroll & HR system Maintaining wage records for employees Carry out calculations of pay and deductions Ensuring correct and accurate processing of payroll Absence management & reporting Production of electronic payslips and P45's Process hourly paid starters and leavers Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior management Dealing with HMRC & External agencies Processing annual bonuses. Providing pension figures, starters and leavers Processing Year End and P60's Team training Extensive use of excel and a HR Payroll Program You will need: Weekly payroll and volume experience would be advantageous Good Excel skills with the ability to process a basic formula's & VLookup Great organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines This is an opportunity to be part of a small and fast paced team in a high volume environment which will develop you career.
