My world renowned client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic Accounts function based in the heart of Bromley. This organisation has grown exponentially in the wholesale industry as after starting up only 3 years ago they have had a record year, they have increased their turnover by over 200%. Being in the town centre of Bromley they have some fantastic transportation links whilst also being very close to the town shopping centre. This vacancy has opened up due to the overall growth and expansion of the business as they have opened up 3 subsidiaries in the UK and would need to level the flow of work and expand the allocation of duties. The following qualities are considered necessary for this role: ü At least 12 months experience ü Processing a high volume of invoices ü basic excel skills (formulas & spreadsheets) ü Reconciling supplier statements ü Bank reconciliations As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be involved with the following: ü Processing the Weekly payment run via BACS ü Processing both Accounts Payable invoices ü Reconciling staff credit card expenses ü Closing Ledgers ü Month End Reconciliations The following benefits are included: ü Study Support (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) ü Retail vouchers ü Discounted gym membership ü Early Finish Friday ü Season Ticket Loan Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
