Employment Plus are a well established recruitment agency based in the centre of Sutton. We now have a vacancy for a Finance / payroll Administrator to join our Accounts team. We are looking for someone who has strong administration skills and has worked in a busy payroll department before, ideally in a recruitmnt business. As we are an agency, we run a large weekly payroll for our agency workers. Duties will include: - Printing and entering timesheet data onto payroll system (Tempaid) - Producing weekly client invoices - sending statements to clients - dealing with all aspects of payroll, including Holiday pay, AWR, Pensions, attachments of earnings etc. - producing weekly payroll reports for NI and PAYE contributions - working as part of a team, reporting to the Finance Manager - entering remittances onto Tempaid and onto SageLine 50 - dealing with pay queries and holiday requests - dealing with invoice queries - Any other payroll related duties as required Knowledge of Tempaid, or similar payroll system and basic use of Sageline 50 would be advantageous.
