My award-winning client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk with an immediate start, who has at least half a year of experience within an Accounts Payable function. The company is one of the world's leading manufacturers and looking to provide the ideal candidate with career progression due to continued expansion and growth. The Accounts Department now requires further additions to its lively Ledger team and this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, resilient and driven candidate to join a successful international company. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be involved with the following: Posting and coding high volume multi-currency invoices Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs (via BACS and cheque) Reconciling bank accounts monthly Posting staff expense claims and credit card expenses Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing invoices Resolving supplier queries The following attributes for a successful Purchase Ledger Clerk are not essentials, but would be desirable: Immediately available Experience of processing high volumes of invoices for payment accurately and within deadlines Knowledge of purchase ordering systems Clear and confident communicator What is offered for a successful candidate?
