KFC UKI is a 900 unit market of Franchise & Equity Restaurants, growing at c.40 restaurants per annum. The role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, commercial analyst to join the KFC Commercial Finance team to add commercial insight and value by informing, directing and challenging business decisions that help the business grow sales and profit. You will be a valued business partner working alongside our marketing and digital, and Operations teams to drive the business forward; sitting on the cutting edge of our business.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of our £1.1bn annual sales forecast Providing value add insight on commercial impacts of new activities, limited time offers, and sales channels designed to increase frequency and penetration across the KFC consumer base. Responsible for preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast plans for our 50 Equity restaurants Weekly performance review - preparation and presentation of "beat year ago" meetings with CMO, CEO, CFO and COO. Diagnose weekly performance and provide insight-led recommendations. Post Promotional Performance review - provide insight into and lead cross functional review of promotional performances Responsible for preparing company and franchise cost of sales quarterly forecasting, acting as commercial support on various test and learn initiatives, revenue and margin analysis, competitor analysis, Western European Digital platform Commercial support to our franchise partners in providing sales and planning insights/materials and across adhoc business need Responsible for successful window/marketing implementations (maintaining master price lists/system forecast etc) Experience and Skills: Newly/Recently Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) A practical self-starter, with ability to partner effectively with internal customers and external stakeholders. Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude Highly ambitious and thrives in a dynamic environment Highly analytical; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Excellent oral and presentation skills; Ability to think strategically, challenge current thinking and deliver great results in a fast-moving environment. Must have clear potential to move into bigger and broader roles.
