A new opportunity has arisen within the Public Sector in the heart of Sheffield City Centre for an Accounts Payable expert who has experience in insourcing a team and strong knowledge of P2P. Hourly Rate - £20 PAYE or £26 UMBRELLA Booking - 8 to 12 Months to start ASAP Location - Sheffield Centre Working Hours - Flexi Time (Part-Time or Full-Time) Key areas of the role will be to;
• Be the professional lead in proposing service design for the insourcing
• Manage and mitigate the commercial risks of transfer
• Mobilise the Council to receive the service, liaising with the project team
• Ensure a smooth transition that does not impact on payment performance
• Establish appropriate project artefact to drive transfer
• Co-ordinate and attend project governance sessions
• Effectively manage stakeholders with a plan
• Prepare dashboards for performance
• Work to develop a future and further efficient operating model
• Execute project tasks that require the updating of process, people, procedures & policy
