In line with plans to continue growth and maintain their position as the UK's largest retailer in the sector, we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to join a very strong finance team. The role will include delivering insight and understanding of key trends driving performance and play an active role in strategic decision-making process and review. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be a key finance contact in the commercial team with a real impact on bottom line performance in a dynamic and innovative team. This role is a great opportunity to gain or further experience in a fast-paced retail environment, driving post launch analysis and formulating action plans around trends to maximise performance of new and existing product lines. Previous experience in a commercial environment will be of great benefit in this varied and challenging role and you will need to be able to foster strong working relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues across the organisation; strong communication skills are a must.
