We are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Professional with a track record of demonstrable success, including: Ability to lead, support and engage others in delivering great results Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to identify the needs of a changing business and adapt Across the Family of Companies the role will be responsible for: Agreed monthly management information by the 20th of each month at an individual and group level Year end financial statements and liaising with external auditors Development of budgets, setting, forecasting and forecasting Proactive day to day cash management for all group companies Giving clear visibility on cash flow through regular reporting, identifying issues before they arise, proposing and implementing solutions with agreement Minimising currency exposure through effective hedging Ensuring that statutory reporting obligations are met on time Overseeing bank payments including ensuring that all staff and suppliers are paid correctly and on time Supporting the board with decision making through provision of relevant information and financial modelling Managing an effective relationship with the bank and lenders Training and supporting the Finance Team (currently Assistant Accountant & Apprentice) to facilitate career progression and achievement of departmental goals.
