Full-time or 4 days considered An experienced and organised Credit Controller / Office Assistant is needed to run the ledger at a friendly company. What will it entail? Using Experian to credit check potential new customers Resolving account queries Building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment Maintaining the client database Updating spreadsheets or money due, giving weekly / monthly forecasts Allocating cash Dealing with proforma invoices Sending out invoices Data input Covering reception Assisting with contracts Dealing with PO numbers Other ad hoc accounts and office duties, including answering the phone What skills and experience do I need? Experience within a credit control environment A fantastic telephone manner A flexible and 'can do' approach to work Confident Excel skills Knowledge of Sage 50 would be an added advantage What's in it for me?
