An international insurance organisation are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join them as soon as possible for an initial 3 month period with a view of going permanent. As the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Accounts Payable Clerk in the checking, coding and payment of UK and non-UK invoices into automated AP workflow. - Detailed review of all UK and certain other branch location expense claims, ensuring they are correctly coded and have the correct supporting documentation as evidence of expenditure. - Providing ad-hoc support in terms of analysis and reporting of operating expenses to the Expense Manager. - Monitoring of AP workflow across the UK and all branch locations to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner or escalated if necessary. Prior Accounts Payable experience in a managerial role is required for this Accounts Payable Manager position. The candidate must also have accounting/General Ledger experience as well as intermediate Excel skills.
