A company whose success continues to grow and expand is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the transactional side of a busy finance team. We are seeking a problem solver, someone who can work with the Finance Manager and Senior Accountant to manage an increase in the back office. This is a permanent role and will develop as the company continues to grow. Key areas of responsibility include; Manage the cost of sale invoicing, liaising with suppliers Reconcile Bank Accounts Preparation of cash flow forecasts Accruals and prepayments Expense claims Reconcile debtor accounts Vat Returns Petty Cash You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper who enjoys detail, likes to get really into the books and resolve queries and discrepancies, be someone who can look at a process and if need be find a way to improve for the team.
