Purpose of the role Be principal point of contact for ERP Financial Systems and issue resolution across all functional modules Be an integral part of system upgrades and process improvements Contribute to system consolidation changes, whilst being mindful of potential business impact Assist with periodic reporting and period-end close cycle Key responsibilities Daily maintenance of Maconomy (ERP) System users and roles, quarterly review of users with business leaders To act as a principal point of contact for any finance system related queries via Jira and Service Now To resolve system issues and data inconsistencies in a timely manner Daily Import review control Improve automation of interfaces between business systems and the Hawk finance system (Maconomy) Train end users on PO's and T&E Assist with Maconomy system upgrades across all functional areas; AP, AR, FA, GL, Item Management, T&E, Jobs, Background tasks, approval routing maintenance, analysers, system admin tasks and reporting To learn and understand about the proposed corporate consolidated settlement platform and become a local subject matter expert To work on the international business transformation project; process re-engineering, creating/maintaining new dataflows, defining and improving integration between systems To work with other teams within UK to develop routines/process improvements which speed up period-end reporting To support Management Accounts & Financial Accounts teams with period-end, month-end & management reporting To develop a good working relationship with Deltek, the UK technical teams and USA implementation teams and proactively engage stakeholders at all levels Cross train to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Display positive examples of the company Beliefs (Real, Accountable, One Team and Innovative) at all times Deputise for the Director, Finance Systems when required. Essential Skills Skills and Experience MUST have good understanding of ERP/Finance systems with use of Maconomy or Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.
