I am seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/Finance Manager to support the Company Director, in looking after all tasks finance related. This is a role that will develop and you will further support the business as a whole. The role is designed to allow the Director to continue driving the business forward. Key tasks will include; Bank Reconciliations Intrastat returns and Maintenance Pensions; maintaining auto-enrolment compliance P46s, company cars; declarations as and when necessary Providing P11d information to Month-end run and year end duties and Journals Preparation of accounts for external auditors Processing supplier Payments Setting and Maintaining Credit Limits and reviewing customer accounts Authorising and investigating purchase and sales invoices You will be available for between 16 - 20 hours per week, proven experience in taking account to trial balance, knowledge of payroll and a genuine interest in taking ownership of the accounts.
