Accountant - Clapham, Central London. An exciting, dynamic retail business based near to Clapham is looking for an accomplished and diligent Financial Accountant to join its growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role involving the day to day running of the finance department. Reporting in to the Managing Director of a £10m turnover business, some of your key responsibilities will include: managing the month end processes (ensuring deadlines are adhered to), producing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, VAT returns, expenses and managing the Purchase Ledger function. In order to be suitable for this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of working in a similar role, assisting across the whole accounting function. Further to the above, advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables and V- lookups) and strong organisational skills are key to be suitable for this exciting position.
