Pertemps Specialist Division are delighted to be working in collaboration with one of our most prestigious and well-established public sector clients to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager on an initial 6 month contract, as they have experienced a substantial increase in transactions and a large amount of offsets being taken against payments, leading to a backlog of transactions, which require processing. Based in Edinburgh and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the the following, but not limited to: Analysing interception reports Allocating offsets to specific invoices by interrogating systems Preparing files for bulk uploads Answering queries Key Responsibilities Include: ACCA qualification preffered. (also CIMA and QBE considered). Previous experience within an accounts function, specifically accounts receivable. A good attention to detail. Experience of analysing large quantities of data.
