Roles : Scrutinize the customer credit applications as per Standard Checklist Gathering information of the Company Prepare Financials of Customer for Eligibility Calculations Communication with Operations team for resolving queries in proposal Visiting clients for understanding the Business Model of the Customer Manage customer credit files Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes Create a credit risk management environment of an acceptable quality, in terms of established credit guidelines Interact with customers to obtain additional credit information to support credit lines Responsibilities : Undertaking risk assessment analysis Responsible for analyzing the Business Model & financials of the Customer Assessing, analyzing and interpreting credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit Analyze & Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit Ensuring that service improvement is achieved by coordinating activities with other colleagues Maintain the Turn Around Time while preparing the Loan Proposal which includes Queries Resolution pertaining to Credit as per Financial Institution Norms Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort Helping to enhance the quality of credit applications Achieve specified target Skills : Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret performance Experience in developing strategies.
