Responsibilities:
1. To onboard the physical file logged in at Hub on systemt(LOS)for digital processing 2. Fire and monitor the TAT for FI/RCU/Legal and Technical reports. 3. Conduct Personal Discussions at Customers Business premises/residence for Income and expense 4. Assessment to derive cash flow. 5. Prepare Docket( logged in by customer or business team)/Disbursement Memo for disbursement 6. for ACH sign off. 7. Collate the investigation reports and submit the proposal to ACH for decision with remarks highlighting 8. Risks and Mitigants with deviations if any. Skills: Excellent Communication Skill. Exposure of Housing Banking Industry. Looking for 4 years candidate who have credit experience in home loan department for credit manager position.
