Build relationships with the all Operations sites/teams, Business, Technology and wider change Ensure that impact of change initiatives on Derivative Services Operations processes, business, technology and people are identified and understood. Aid in the design of suitable solutions or change intervention Managing escalation issues and queries. Ensure that the operations elements are fed into wider Programmes and Projects. Ensuring that all project documentation is produced to the highest quality, on time and with appropriate sign-offs obtained. Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process Managing smaller change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning, UAT co-ordination to stakeholder engagement. Devising change interventions such as training and communication Implementing solutions Projects delivered on time and to budget, key milestones met, stakeholder requirements met and issues managed. Leverage company approved project tools/ methodologies, ie Agile. Successful implementation of change with minimal risk or issues. Adaptability to flex the deliverables and timelines in accordance with defining and evolving priorities Ensuring that all analysis is performed to a high standard and in accordance with project governance principles The role is located within the existing central change team and the individual will be required to work closely with Operations BAU teams, Technology, the Business lines and Central Programmers. Skills: Agile knowledge,Experience of investment banking is essential.Good understanding of operational risk,Global perspective,Formal project qualification, for example Six Sigma or Prince2, PMP, desirable, Investigative skills,Interpersonal skills. Experience: 15-22 Years Education: Any graduate,Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
