In-charge of all Accounting & Financial Activities, Funds arrangements from Banks / Financial Institutions, responsible for risk Management of the Company Responsibilities and Duties In-charge of all Accounting & Financial Activities of the company and shall work devotedly and capably to further the interest, growth and profitability of the Company: Responsible for bringing the necessary funds from the Banks / Financial Institutions for the operations of the Company and new capital projects proposed by the Top Management / Promotor’s of the Group then and there; Responsible to foresee the financial risk management of the Company; Reporting to CEO and equally responsible to the Board of Directors / Sub-Committees in discharge of the affairs of the financial activities of the Company, including all the Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts and Statutory Compliances Experience: Manufacturing Company with minimum 12 â€" 15 years; out of this 3-5 yrs in Manufacturing listed company Preference: Male candidate from Chennai. Outstation can be considered provided willing to relocate. Heading the entire team with experience in Banking, Account Finalization, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Experienced in Listed Company.
