BILLING MANAGER Education: B Com. Experience: 6 Years of Experience in Car Rental Industry. Job Description: To manage Entire Billing department & improve overall performance. Should be well versed in Process Alignment and implementation. Manage and supervise daily operation of Billing department, by monitoring the performance of executives and their deliverable s. Client interaction for timely Invoice submission, Queries handling and resolving and help in Client support at all times. Responsible for precise and accurate and timely invoice submission with proper quality check before submission in order to ensure time management. Manpower sourcing for the department and train them and align the team to extract the maximum out of his team mates. Knowledge of work exposure on billing software such as Tally ERP to bring efficiency in quality invoicing. Preparation of all types of MIS reports and revenue analysis, to help the management in planning and forecasting. To set targets priorities to the team and able to get the deliveries accordingly keeping in mind the clients requirements.
