Group Management Accountant, Ruislip £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to join an acquisitional business based in Ruislip, who have huge plans for growth over the next 5 plus years We are recruiting for a highly experienced finance professional to manage the key aspects of financial management within the overall business. This is a progressive role, and truly a great opportunity for anyone who wants to be part of huge growth plans and develop within the role and the company. If successful in this position, there is potential to become the next Financial Director or even CFO Key Duties
• Assist in preparation of management accounts, balance sheets and strong knowledge on accruals and prepayments across the group .
• Bank Reconciliations
• Creating a process for cash management
• Preparation of the cash flow forecast
• Prepare consolidations for the group and statutory reporting
• Preparation of management information reports
• Lead the forecasting for acquisition projects
• Identify value added processes and areas of cost reduction, to make an impact on the business.
• Looking for ways to continually improve processes and systems across the business, and streamline existing processes. About you
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, however strong Qualified by Experience or Part-Qualified candidates may be considered
• Excellent Systems experience, ideally with Sage & strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to use information and data to form the basis of negotiation and business decisions
• Commercially and technically minded
• Experienced in implementation of procedures for time and cost-effective outcomes
