SUMMARY: Client Reporting Analyst, Leeds, A unique opportunity to join a leading national practice in Leeds Call us now on 0113 3200575 THE ROLE: This is a new role for this Top 100 Law firm and an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a new specialist service within the organisation. You will have responsibility for extracting and monitoring data, reporting on performance, training and development on the relevant systems, resolving any issues with client and the fee earners within the team. This role will be supporting the Client Relationship Partner and has been newly created to ensure service delivery levels are maintained and the delivery of service to the client is proactive, efficient and effective as the relationship with the client continues to be developed. As this is a new position for the firm, this is an opportunity for you to create the role that best suits your skills whilst delivering on the objectives set by the partners within the team. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be already working in the professional services sector within an analyst role. You will be well organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate at all levels within the business. You will have strong expertise within data analysis and reporting and will be accountable to the partners of the law firm.
