Reed In Partnership are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to assist with the growth of the business. This is a highly commercial role in a dynamic, growing and fast paced business in an open and friendly environment. The successful candidate must be confident in liaising with key stakeholders and explaining financial information to all interested parties. You'll have exposure to the senior leadership team including the board of directors. You'll be building relationships with all stakeholders from analyst to the finance director- alongside getting involved in projects and ad-hoc work supporting colleagues in other areas of the business. Responsibilities include: Provide analytical information and business partnering to the operational management teams to allow them to fully understand revenue and supply chain costs within their contracts, and the financial implications of their actions. The accurate collation and distribution of the weekly income forecast. The income forecast forms part of the Start and End of month forecast and is distributed to the Board of Directors and the Operations Management. Reviewing the income and supply chain costs posted by the Claims Analysts, challenging any variances to forecast, and ensuring that correct tariff information is used Essential requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build relationships quickly and influence at all levels. Strong commercial acumen. Proven analytical and reporting skills. Ability to influence and support colleagues towards achieving business objectives. Proven ability to convey financial information to non-financial managers in a coherent, confident manner. Relevant experience might come from monthly management accounts review meetings, forecast negotiations or commercial negotiations We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities.
