The Opportunity This opportunity has arisen to be the Head of Trade Compliance Centre of Expertise in a multinational team. You will lead the compliance policy across the group. You will directly report to the Group Head of International Trade Compliance Office. What are we looking for? To succeed in this role, you need a global understanding of MBDA challenges and the geopolitical environment High level of expertise required in all aspects of Export Licensing, ITAR & EAR regulations, EU directives and other export control regulations and other treaties or regimes Management skills in an international environment Change management skills and ability to manage complex issues in a difficult context Good mediator and communicator when dealing with a range of people in different disciplines Ability to stimulate and inspire others and positive decision making What's in it for you? International role with regular travels notably in France, Germany and Italy Involved in the strategy development of the activity validated by the Export Compliance Steering Committee with the Top Management Involved in industry associations and national authorities meetings, working groups, seminars The Role To define the export compliance MBDA Group policy, To lead the implementation of this Group Policy with National Export Control Offices and all other stakeholders within the company, To manage a team in charge of defining and deploying procedures, methods, tools, training and compliance assessment across the group, To lead the strategy of improvement activities for the International Trade Compliance Office in relation with other internal or external stakeholders (procedures, good practices, tools, trainings, skills development, ...) To ensure all international obligations evolution are monitored and taken into account within the company and to ensure the consistency of application of regulations and compliance, To network internally and externally to anticipate future regulations evolutions or any other constraints the company will have to face, To advise MBDA on complex issues on national or multinational projects.
