Bookkeeper/Accounts Coordinator Salary £25k to £30k Benefits Reporting to the Director, this role involves handling all day to day Finances for the business including but not limited to; Maintenance of the purchase and sales ledger Run the Aged Creditors weekly and prepare the payment run weekly Manage the weekly BACS payment Record & Allocate payments into the supplier's accounts and send remittance to all suppliers paid Maintain updated supplier files and file numbers Process back up reports after data entry Day to day involvement in logistics & job tracking Invoice and bank account transaction entry and reconciliation Month end and year end journal postings and reconciliations Liaison with external accountants Additional criteria; In-depth Knowledge of Sage 50 & Excel Bookkeeping skills Extremely computer literate including computerised accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programmes and email at a professional level Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy 20 days plus BH Pension-Standard Free Parking No drama, grown up office, current post holder was there for 17 years relaxed & loyal environment Stand-alone desk so you run your own day 9-5:30 poss some flex there Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is a specialist Accountancy Recruiter to the North West Market.
