Commercial Finance Manager - Fashion Retail Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a highly reputable Fashion Retailer based in Central London to identify a Commercial Finance Manager to join their successful organisation. This role will be responsible for partnering with non-finance stakeholders, driving the commercial teams from a financial perspective. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of business partnering, step changing all reporting and processes and delivering commercial insight. Commercial Finance Manager Role Responsibilities include: Support and advise the business and drive the commercial agenda with non-finance stakeholders Deliver high quality reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis Identify and deliver improvements/efficiencies Analyse and interpret results and trends to enable decision making Influence the senior leadership team and key business partners on decisions across a broad remit Sit within the commercial teams and enable best in class decision making Identify risks & opportunities Ownership of weekly KPI reporting Provide accurate and timely information that drives business decisions Assist with other areas of commercial analysis Candidate Requirements: Qualified Accountant (or overseas equivalent) Experience of commercial finance within a fast-paced and ever changing business Strategic & commercial mindset Ability to partner with senior non finance partners Strong data analysis and excel skills To apply for the Commercial Finance Manager role, please use the link provided or contact Matthew Swindell via LinkedIn.
