Position: Regional Director - Leveraged Finance

Reading Future - find are exclusively retained by an exciting Fin-tech funder to recruit a Regional Origination Director for their Leveraged Finance / Structured Finance offering. The role will be responsible for the origination of new transactions and development of an advisory introduction network across its patch. It will report directly into the National Sales Director. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable record of transacting on deals within this market on a cradle to grave basis. Ideally, the candidate will have a well balanced background of corporate banking and origination / business development from an external network or 'new to bank' client base. They will be familiar with debt finance and cash flow lending in the SME space. Key Criteria Origination of new opportunities across the South East. Understanding of leveraged / uni-tranche / structured finance facilities Track record of transacting on MBOs, Acquisition Finance and wider cash flow lending. Ability to develop a network of advisers and introducers across; corporate finance, private equity, accountancy, etc. Strong credit / risk understanding and ability to structure deals.
