An exciting opportunity has arisen for Office Angels to support a reputable client based within West Lothian who are on the lookout for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance Team on a full time permanent basis Responsibilities include - Responsible for maintaining high volume purchase ledger Recording daily financial transactions on Sage 50 Logging and recording of postings in the correct books, purchase ledger, sales ledger or general ledger. Pairing purchase orders to invoices Assisting with preparation of sales invoices Credit Control support General office administrtation duties as and when required. Ideal Candidate - Experience with Sage 50 or similar software. 2 years proven financial assistance. Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel & Word. Excellent finance/analytical skills. Ability to manage confidential information Ability to work with own initiative , a self starter. Able to prioritise workload effectively.
