Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant - Part time - Hertfordshire - £25k pro rata Our client is a well-established, Hertfordshire based, multi office property consultancy dealing with residential/commercial agency, block management and surveying. Within their commercial division an opportunity has arisen for a PART TIME (2 days per week) Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant who will report directly to senior management dealing with accounting matters relating to bill payments, cashflow and wider accounting issues. The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant duties will include, but not be limited to, invoice receipt, coding, checking, sign off and actioning, accounting data entry, client billing, tenant liaison, supplier statements and general accounting support as required. Ideally, the suitable Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant will be familiar with QUBE (system) but this is not essential providing you have a good general IT skillset and are quick to learn. The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant will work with minimum supervision, take initiative but stay within the limits of their sign off. In terms of days of work, these are yet to be agreed/determined but they will be 2 x full days during Mon-Fri from 9am to 5.30pm. Salary is £25k pro rata which equates to £10k per annum for 2 days per week.
