Company Information You will be working for a well-established organisation based in Middlewich. The company have been designing, manufacturing and supplying to their clients for over 40 years. Main duties You will be reporting to the Accountant and be part of a small team. Main duties include: Manage multi-currency cash payments and process onto Sage 500. Process Purchase Invoices liaising with other departments when required (approx 500 per month) Review Purchase Ledger on a regular basis working with the Accounts team to resolve errors and issues and escalating problem to the Accountant as appropriate. Month End reconciliations of Purchase ledger. Multi-currency bank reconciliations. Assist with Sales Ledger/Credit Control duties during busy periods and holidays. Requirements Over 3 years' experience working within a finance team processing Purchase Ledger. Fully IT literate, competent in Excel to Intermediate level. Experience in Sage 500 or similar package. Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve issues, but escalate problems or questions as appropriate. Benefits Salary up to 21k (experience dependant), 22 days plus bank holidays, Hours: 8.45am to 5pm (Mon to Thursday) and 8.45am to 4pm (Friday), Pension, Free parking, Life/health insurance.
