You will be fully immersed into the operations of the business and will support key strategic decisions and field queries from all functions. Responsibilities will include: Leadership, motivation and development of a team of 4. Support in the delivery of high quality and accurate management accounts on a monthly basis. Lead on the production of all year-end statutory accounts, liaising with colleagues and external audit partners. Support stakeholders from across the business with analysis and modelling to aid in key business decisions including Capital Investments etc. Production of the monthly financial accounts pack including balance sheet reconciliations and journals. Ensure that all financial reports are in line with both internal and external controls frameworks (including FRS 102). Educating the wider finance function on controls updates and their ramifications. Lead on and coordinate all audit relationships - both internal and external. To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/ACA Qualified with previous experience of managing people An up to date understanding and working experience of controls frameworks is essential.
