Our client is looking for Asset Manager to be based Didsbury. To lead, direct and manage the work of the Asset and Data Team, providing a comprehensive service to customers To ensure that annual budgets and milestones on improvement work are managed. To manage and monitor the void process including budgets, standard specifications, audits and implementation of improvement plans. To manage and monitor the adaptations and investment programme including budgets, standard specifications, audits and implementation of improvement plans. To support the Head of Asset Management in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy. To support any new initiatives including new build developments providing technical expertise and advice. To develop and deliver investment programmes through the use of data intelligence.
