Requirements Strong management accounting skills; budgeting, forecasting, analysis, cash flows etc. Good FRS102 knowledge Understanding of IFRS (as group consolidations done off-shore) Strong Excel skills Oversee VAT / CIS / PAYE returns Previous experience in Property / Real Estate Hands on approach - can oversee / work with outsourced AP / AR etc. Systems - knowledge of COINS is a plus but otherwise similar systems (e.g. Sage)
