In this role you will work to deliver a comprehensive and cost effective business support service for business operations. You will be responsible for the timely completion of both regulatory and non-regulatory reporting for the business. You will prepare periodic Management Information and disseminate the information across the organisation, liaising with colleagues across the Group. You will Ensure all required regulatory & non-regulatory reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all required management information is produced in an accurate and timely manner. Identify and assist with the implementation of developments to existing procedures Participate in company projects, to ensure effective delivery Assist in the rectification of issues arising from systems operations, including remedial action Carry out reviews of system changes, to ensure correct operation Assist in the integration of new activities, including acquisitions of new books of business Possess an excellent working knowledge of the Curtis Banks products, the fee structure, key features and terms and conditions. Ensure any regular tasks are anticipated and processed at the required times Ensure all reporting is timetabled and delivered as contracted to TPA arrangements. Skills and Experience Experience of process analysis is desirable. A background in financial services and knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment and strong understanding of risks and controls is essential. Specific knowledge of the pensions industry is desirable. Being able to effectively manage internal and external relations, together with exchanging routine and non-routine information clearly and concisely is required. Applicants must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise workloads on a daily basis to ensure that projects are delivered successfully to specific deadlines.
