SALARY:

LOCATION:
B5 4TD DESCRIPTION: Established for over 20 years', our client is a block management company, serving major cities including Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester. Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit a Service Charge Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company. JOB ROLE (not limited to): Maintaining the database of over 1200 Leaseholders. Entering budgets. Preparing and posting leaseholder invoice packs. Cash allocation and credit control. Entering supplier invoices and reconciling statements. Posting supplier payments. Assisting with year-end reporting. Telephone enquiries. Filing and other ad-hoc admin duties. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Have experience of purchase/sales ledger (preferable). Studying towards AAT Level 2. Possess good communication skills and a confident telephone manner this is essential in dealing with leaseholders and suppliers. Be able to learn the company's bespoke property management system. Have good IT skills. Be able to work in a team and on own initiative. Have a 'can-do' attitude. Have the ability to work to deadlines.
