The Accounts Payable Section Head will be responsible for managing a team of 8, handling both stock as well as non-stock suppliers, dealing with weekly payments runs, producing and reviewing all supplier statement and payable balance sheet reconciliations as well as handling a variety of additional tasks including creditor-related reporting amongst others. The Candidate must be computer literate, possess good communication skills, be confident working on their own initiative within tight deadlines, and be educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English. A methodical approach to work is essential. Previous accounts experience is essential and team management would be a significant advantage for this role.
