Payroll Supervisor
Payroll Manager - Hemel Hempstead - £40k-45k Benefits Our client, a marketing leading group in their sector, a looking to employ a new Payroll Supervisor. This exciting growth in the company, which employs over 2,000 employees, is a great opportunity for career progression for an ambitious Payroll Supervisor with considerable relevant experience. In addition to Payroll experience you must be personable as man management is of paramount importance as well as have hands on experience in contractor payroll.
Responsibilities:
Leading the full process of contractor payroll with the existing team and any future team members Processing Contractor Payroll in a timely manner and to agreed timescales. Working on projects to develop the payroll system. Checking reports before processing for Payment. Importing all contractor payroll information between systems. Ensure that Contractor Process is fully completed each month for completion of bank approvals and margin reports. Maintain the utmost integrity of accounts involved with gross margin. Particular attention to be paid to accrual and reversal of contractor time sheet accruals. To provide financial reports to Leadership team and Business Units each month. Management of payroll staff, overseeing that all administration is undertaken in a timely accurate and effective way. To be successful in this role you must have considerable Payroll experience with good technical knowledge and a managerial background. Moreover, you must have strong IT skills including advanced Excel skills and experience with Payroll systems. Lastly you must have Contractor Payroll experience.
