An exciting opportunity to join an excellent business in Hemel Hempstead. The company are looking for a recent graduate that has come from a Russell Group University and graduated with a minimum of a 2.1 degree. This role will sit within the central finance function and support the reporting which happens across the business units. The team is focused on providing cash accounting and reporting, preparing management accounts and supporting the function for closing of year end. The successful candidate will be taken through the path of either ACCA or CIMA as a qualification and provided with all the experience and exposure that is required to not only be a qualified accountant but a commercially aware individual that is able to move internally and externally and add value to a business. Duties that the role will entail: Monitor daily cash position Prepare weekly cashflow Prepare cashflow budget Prepare budgets and forecasts for head office managers Monthly variance analysis for head office Ad-hoc cost analysis Assist in the preparation of board papers Balance sheet reconciliations Support the audit process and external auditors Inter-company recharges Candidate spec: Excellent excel abilities Must be recent or 2019 graduate from Russell Group University Excellent communication skills Must be committed to becoming a qualified accountant
