A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Executive within a global media agency. This role will have full ownership of Accounts Payable function with a potential to offer study package. Key responsibilities Maintain and update purchase ledger Chase and resolve all queries with the buying team Reconciling accounts to supplier statements on a monthly basis Maintain supplier relations with NPA and overhead suppliers Produce monthly and/ weekly BACS payment run Post bank transactions relating to supplier payments Settle employee expenses and overheads The successful candidate will be: 1 - 2 years accounting experience in a high volume fast paced environment Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Google sheets Great problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
