Are you an energetic and hard-working Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new career opportunity? A well-established and reputable company in Croydon is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established team within Business Services industry on a permanent basis. There is parking on site, pension, training & career development opportunities, increased holiday with service, periodic staff engagement activities and ad hoc staff lunches. You will be dealing with the suppliers, supplier queries and the full Purchase Ledger process. Key duties:
• Processing invoices and dealing with supplier queries
• Processing weekly payment run and allocating
• Urgent payment requests
• Statement reconciliations
• Sending remittances
• Effectively liaise with all other departments Key requirements for a successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:
• An AAT studying or qualified by experience candidate
• Must have half a year of experience within Purchase Ledger
• Must have experience working with high volumes and working under pressure
• Intermediate Excel skills are beneficial
