About the Company Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary / homecare services to clients across the UK and they are currently recruiting a Compliance Officer to monitor compliance in their service in St Mellons on the outskirts of Cardiff that provides care to the Cardiff and Newport areas. The service is part of an award winning network providing premium quality homecare to adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities and the Elderly across the UK. About the Role Under the direction of the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant delivery of outstanding care across the Cardiff and Newport territory. You will have exceptional people management and communication skills to support and coach the team of Carers. This role will require a great deal of flexibility and you will need to be focussed on achieving operational goals and targets. Skills and Experience Candidates must have:
• The successful candidate will have a good understanding of CIW assessment criteria and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
