The successful Accounts Assistant will be assisting the team with purchase ledger, sales ledger alongside resolving accounts queries.

Description
Key duties for the Accounts Assistant include:
- Process invoices in line with the company procedures
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve invoicing variances
- Perform regular statement reconciliations
- Pay maintenance invoices
- Process card payments
- Liaising with clients and customers to resolve accounts queries
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant will be/have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Word and Intermediate level MS Excel
Be a Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
