Working within a medium-sized central government department, you will be supporting on high-profile commercial procurement bids for key projects. There will be a number of roles available on an interim basis, general duties will include but may not be limited to the following: Business partner with key internal stakeholders to advice on costing and financial impact analysis Support senior management team members in liaising with external suppliers in commercial negotations Create and review financial models for accuracy, working cross-departmentally when required These roles will be suitable for qualified accountants with extensive post-qualification experience in commercial finance, in particular in advising on and analysing mid to large scale procurement bids and contracts from a financial perspective. Please note that previous government experience is desirable. For the right candidates, daily rates are negotiable though anticipated to be between £450 - £600 per day dependent on experience. Roles will be shortlisted in mid-June.
