Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Group Financial Reporting Manager for a rapidly expanding and successful organisation which has undergone acquisitive change and growth. Due to a secondment, the client is looking for a candidate with a senior technical profile to ultimately deliver the consolidated Group Accounts for the Plc on a quarterly basis and co-ordinate the interim and full year end. The Role The key accountabilities will include:- Co-ordinate and deliver the consolidated Group Accounts for Plc Oversee and submit the quarterly, interim and full year end accounts. Responsibility for populating final statutory documents. Create reporting plans for Financial Accounting Dept. Co-ordinate stakeholder input. Manage end to end external audit process. Production of monthly group consolidations. The Person The successful applicant will ideally be an ACA or ACCA qualified ideally from both a larger Group PLC and / or Financial Services sector background accounts first and foremost possess Advanced Excel skills for modelling purposes. You will have significant experience of reporting under IFRS in a large corporate group and be comfortable with co-ordination and overseeing the plan and timetable for timely submission. You will also be a strong communicator and manage senior stakeholders both from an internal and external audit perspective.
