Client and Management Accounts Manager - Twickenham, TW1 A well - established, Innovative and highly successful Property company based in Twickenham, TW1 are currently recruiting for a proactive, experienced, professional. The Client & Management Accounts Manager is a varied and satisfying role requiring the suitable candidate to be able to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within a busy office. You will work closely with the Residential Lettings Team and be solely responsible for the Client Accounting for circa. 200 properties Responsibilities include but not limited to: Posting daily rents received Adding Contractor invoices Raising Client Statements & Contractor remittances Making Client/Contractor payments: manual bank transfers, auto-payments and raising cheques Returning Tenant Deposits Liaising directly with Clients/Contractors regarding any issues with their Accounts Providing Clients with Year End Income & Expenditure Reports Processing various receipts Processing credit notes Preparing various reports to monitor income/arrears Supplying HMRC with required data on overseas tax Daily Bank Reconciliation Banking of cash and cheques Using Sage to process all elements of Management Accounts Preparing Month End Management Accounts Preparing and completing VAT returns & taxation matters RICS Compliance Preparing year end information to pass to Accountants for review Liaising with Accountants regarding any queries Processing invoices, receipts and payments Nominal ledger entries Dealing with and communicating directly with clients in relation to queries and complaints in connection with accounts Chasing payments Maintaining petty cash and regular cash reconciliation Providing accounts related training for parties involved Dealing with business suppliers invoices Responsible and accountable for accurate inputting all information to database Checking and updating database information Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and procedures Sorting incoming and outgoing post General office admin including filing, photocopying, scanning and email correspondence Preparing and processing documents and letters The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Strong organisational skills Strong communication skills A background within accounting for an Estate Agency business Quick knowledge assimilation and logic application Attention to detail Use of initiative to achieve optimum performance Able to work as a team and build relationship with colleagues and clients, "thinking outside of the box" Being able to adapt to changing priorities and/or demands in a challenging environment Strong knowledge of Sage is essential Good Knowledge of Excel is required Knowledge of Alto would be preferred This Property Accounts position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
