Harper May is working with an exciting and rapidly growing retail brand based in Central London. Since the company started years ago the business has grown from 4 to more than 50 people with offices opening in the US. As a result of their tremendous growth rate, my client is searching for a Finance Analyst to join their team in the London office. The successful candidate will work closely with the company founders, Financial Controller and department heads to drive the business forward and highlight key trends.

Responsibilities:
Business partner with department heads to proactively reduce costs and drive the business forward Working closely with the Head of FP&A on business strategy including undertaking regular market analysis Forecasting future growth rates Responsible for production of divisional planning outputs, including complex planning work Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Communicate and present analysis to senior stakeholders Use analytical skill and commercial acumen to challenge business stakeholders to Influence key business decisions Requirements: ACA/CIMA Qualified Retail/Consumer goods experience 2-3 years working in a commercial finance role
