Our client is a growing PLC operating in 10 countries. Due to continued growth they seek to hire a Regional Financial Analyst. The role will suit a commercially astute part qualified ACCA/CIMA studier looking for a dynamic business that will progress their career quickly.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will work closely with the five Business Partners who provide support to the Sales and Regional Operations teams Looking for an individual with strong Excel skills and attention to detail and the ability to build relationships and look behind the numbers Become a central data source, standardising financial reporting by developing a suite of templates to generate the team's standard regional and commercial reports, including KPIs, wages and salaries, agency usage and income analysis Work closely with the Sales team to assist with customer profitability reviews and supporting the pricing for new tenders Have a desire to "get under the bonnet", understanding a sharing the key messages from the numbers in order to provide insight and aid decision making Build and manage relationships and network productively Have the ability to get into and understand the detail but then step back and make considered, holistic judgements which can be communicated and illustrated succinctly and effectively Consolidate branch, subsidiary and central function budgets and forecasts for submission to Group Finance Assist with preparation of budgets and for specific items of income and expenditure and cost centres As well as regular reporting, provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support for the business to enable it to cope with market and business changes A salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus study support is on offer
