Payroll Officer - FTC 12 Months
Harvey Nash's client is currently looking for a Payroll Officer to provide a high standard of pensions and payroll service within the public sector. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to be extended. The Role: As part of this role, you will be supporting a large workforce by resolving various payroll, tax and pension related issues. As Payroll Officer you will have shared responsibilities with the Payroll and Administration team and have a Payroll Administrator report to you. This is a multi-faceted role which offers a dynamic and challenging work environment. About You: Ideally you will hold a payroll qualification or have relevant experience and have excellent knowledge of payroll, tax and pensions legislation. You will have excellent time-keeping skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. You will have excellent communication skills when working in a fast-pace and often challenging environment.
